Enter: One-on-One Virtual Coaching

With this plan, you'll have an initial Zoom or phone call with Jess to discuss your training and overall wellness goals. After deciding on a weekly schedule that fits your needs, she will then design three personalized workouts per week for you to complete on your own at your convenience. These workouts will be assigned for specific days in your schedule, but you can change the date at any time. Unlike a set program that is delivered all at once with no personal customization, this plan builds week to week based on your feedback and results. You can expect a blend of strength training, Pilates, yoga, and meditation.

Many clients use this as a resource to bridge the gap between 1:1 Live Personal Training and Video On Demand content. This 3x/week plan is effective on its own, but can also be utilized as an add-on to your existing training routine.
