Better question: what is your code? At The Code we believe every person has their own combination of mindful movements that can be used to help you bio-hack and crack your personal code for a happier, healthier, holistic lifestyle.

With private one-on-one sessions, your experience is tailored precisely to your physical and mental fitness needs and wants. We begin with an initial consultation to discuss and set goals. You’ll work together with your trainer to crack your code and find your most efficient combination of Pilates, strength training, yoga, and/or meditation. You can expect a blend of the class descriptions below. Personal training sessions allow for continuous observation, adjustment, modification, and advancement exactly when you need it.

* Private sessions are available at the studio, virtually over Zoom, and in person in the comfort of your own home. *


Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic and the size of our studio, in-person group classes are not currently being offered.

What to expect in class at the studio…

In-person sessions take place in a classical Pilates studio with reformers, towers, barrels, and small props. We believe in a barefoot practice to promote grounding and freedom in energy. No socks, no shoes, no problem.

decode classes are of a more restorative nature. Perfect as a 30-min refresh in the middle of the day or to wind down in the evening, this is your way to slow down, unplug, and reconnect to your breath to balance your energy.

the classic code is a total body classical Pilates session using 1-2 pieces of apparatus with a strong focus on breath and core work.

the circuit is a high-intensity strength training class using Pilates apparatus and props. Cardio bursts, jumping, squats, and resistance training leave you feeling exhilarated and ready to take on the day. All resistance and weights are light enough to be safely without shoes here too.

the code breaker brings the concept of the code to life in a single session. Get a little taste of everything as we begin with a yoga warm up, move through a Pilates core challenge, grab weights for strength training, and finish off with a meditation that allows the body to be still and absorb the benefits of the practice.
